If the customer cancels the reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled storage time, they will receive a full refund.
If the customer cancels their reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled storage time, no refund will be made.
The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances that make storage impossible. In this case, a full refund will be made to the customer.
If the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions of the company, the company has the right to cancel the booking without refund.
